Pride Health is hiring an HR Service Center Rep I in Tampa, FL to serve as the first point of contact for benefits, policies, and employee relations inquiries. This is a 3+ month assignment with extension potential.
You will handle high call volumes in a center, respond via phone, email, or fax, and maintain records in HRIS while escalating complex issues to Tier 2 as needed. A strong HR/CRM background and attention to detail are essential.

Title : HR Service Center Rep I
Shift : Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Pay Range : $18/hr to $19/hr
Duration : 3+ Months + Extension
Serves as first point of contact for all inbound inquiries received by telephone, electronically and in writing
pertaining to benefits, employment policies and procedures, employee relations issues, recruitment,
learning and development and performance management. Provides assistance for all Tier 1 questions
and issues, using a knowledgebase of information and established processes and protocols to respond to
inquiries. Escalates more complex issues as appropriate and maintains records of all interactions.
