Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Junior IOC Operator in Camden, NJ to provide frontline IT support and monitor critical systems. You will handle 24/7 remote support, ITSM ticketing, and collaborate with experienced tech teams to ensure secure and reliable operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will troubleshoot account, software, and hardware issues, monitor SAP and network infrastructure, and assist with security and badge systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technology/IT environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook).
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 Operations Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote support through phone, chat, and email.
• Create and manage ITSM tickets from start to resolution.
• Troubleshoot basic account, software, access, and hardware issues.
• Monitor IT systems, including SAP and network infrastructure.
• Monitor security and badge systems and assist with threat assessments.
• Escalate complex issues to Level II/III support when needed.
• Document problems, resolutions, and technical processes.
• Maintain application and knowledge databases.
• Assist senior personnel with production systems, hardware, operating systems, and related tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business partners to support effective solutions.
• Follow data privacy, governance, and enterprise technology standards.

Keep Critical Systems Running as a Jr. IOC Operator!

Location: Camden, NJ | Payrate: $22/hour | Schedule: Monday, Thursday – Sunday (off Tues/Wed) - 12am-8:30am

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading utility company to find a Jr. IOC Operator to join its Operations Center. This is an opportunity to put your IT and customer service skills to work supporting critical technology, security, and business operations around the clock.

The Role

As a Jr. IOC Operator, you’ll provide frontline technical support, monitor critical IT and security systems, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed. You’ll work alongside experienced technology professionals while gaining valuable exposure to enterprise IT operations.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Required

• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience with technology procurement, vendors, or contract management.
• Knowledge of application architecture, business processes, data privacy, or data governance.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
