Banner Seventeen, LLC seeks a highly creative Supervisor of Brand & Content to drive design across the Boston Celtics, Maine Celtics, and CLTX Gaming. You will lead marquee moments, produce social content, and collaborate with marketing, broadcast, partnerships, and events teams.

You will manage on-site studio productions, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to peak-event demand, including playoffs. Excellent communication and a strong design portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a graphic design or related creative field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of professional design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); motion graphics experience valued
• Strong grasp of sports marketing dynamics and corporate partnership activation
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to flex as business needs evolve
• Track record of meeting aggressive deadlines while maintaining design excellence
• Sharp communication skills; ability to present work and articulate creative rationale to stakeholders
• Flexibility and availability for extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks (particularly during playoffs and major events)

The expected range of annual salary/hourly rate and potential commission, if applicable, is included below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this/these range(s) will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market and industry considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, performance, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00
