Join a structured early-career development programme that combines intensive onsite training with hands-on deployment experience. You'll learn how modern industrial automation platforms are built and gain real-world experience configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning conveyor and material-handling systems.

What You'll Learn

• Reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and I/O lists
• Converting control-area drawings into working configurations
• Testing on real hardware, including EtherCAT devices, sensors, motors, drives, and safety I/O
• Software engineering practices including Git, code reviews, and Agile delivery
• Commissioning and troubleshooting in live operational environments

We're Looking For

• EE, EET, or Mechatronics graduates (2022-2026) or early-career engineers
• PLC exposure through coursework, internships, co-ops, or professional experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and understand control systems
• Basic programming knowledge in any language
• Curious, hands-on problem solvers who enjoy troubleshooting
• Ability to work onsite in Seattle for training and travel or relocate for deployments (Atlanta first)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
