Hiring Junior Controls Engineer - Controls Engineer Development Programme

You studied electrical engineering because you like making physical things work. The problem with most graduate roles is that you end up far from the equipment - or stuck maintaining old systems. This is different.

GCS Tech Talent and The Innovation Hub are recruiting graduates into a Controls Academy that trains you on a modern industrial controls platform in an intensive onsite bootcamp, then deploys you into engineering teams to configure, test and commission real fulfilment-centre systems - with structured learning every month and an accreditation at the end.

You'll learn

How a modern industrial control platform is architected, reading control-area electrical drawings and turning them into working configurations, hardware testing on real conveyor equipment, software engineering practice: version control, code review, agile delivery, commissioning in a live building

We're looking for

EE, EET or mechatronics graduates (2022-2026) with PLC exposure from coursework, a co-op or a first job; comfortable with schematics; some coding in any language; curious and practical; able to be onsite in Seattle and travel or relocate for deployments (Atlanta first). Work authorisation for the US required.
