Culper Technology is seeking a junior Cloud Software Engineer to grow skills while delivering mission-critical cyber work in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role emphasizes Java development, cloud and DevOps growth, and an Agile team environment.

Expect onsite work with some telework flexibility based on customer needs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software development and an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 2+ years of software development/engineering experience.
• Experience with Java development.
• Experience with Git or GitLab.
• Cloud experience or exposure is a plus.
• Cloud certification is preferred.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a junior Cloud Software Engineer looking to grow their skills while working on mission-critical Cyber work in Annapolis Junction. You’ll help develop and enhance secure cloud-based applications supporting national security, while working with modern cloud and DevOps technologies in an Agile environment.
