Job summary

Culper Technology is seeking a junior Cloud Software Engineer to contribute to mission-critical Cyber work in Annapolis Junction, MD. You’ll develop and enhance secure cloud-based applications while using modern cloud and DevOps tools in an Agile team.

Ideal candidates have about 2+ years of software development experience, solid Java foundation, and a desire to grow in cloud, DevOps, and full-stack development. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, and onsite work with telework flexibility.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
2+ years of software development/engineering experience.
Experience with Java development.
Experience with Git or GitLab.
Cloud experience or exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

You’ll work as part of an Agile development team, using tools like Git/GitLab, Jira, and Confluence to collaborate, manage code, and deliver software.
You’ll continue growing your cloud and DevOps skills with a strong Java foundation and full-stack development focus.
