About you

You have a solid understanding of accounting principles, a keen desire to learn and grow, and a strong attention to detail. Your adaptability allows you to handle various tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You work well in a team and are passionate about using technology to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas

  • Revenue Ops and Support: Handle customer invoicing, payment processing, collections, and RevOps reporting.
  • Salesforce Admin: Manage customer records, contracts, workflows, and commission data and maintain data accuracy.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash flow and forecasting.
  • Expense Management: Manage company credit card workflow and process accounts payable.
  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Support the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including COGS, accruals, and deferrals, to ensure precise financial statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with sales tax payments, payroll tax, state filings, and registrations.
  • Reporting: Assist with external reporting, audit, and tax preparation to provide accurate financial information to stakeholders.
  • Organization: Sort mail, organize files, and maintain records.
  • Tasks and Projects as Needed: Engage in additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
