About You

You have a solid understanding of accounting principles, a keen desire to learn and grow, and a strong attention to detail. Your adaptability allows you to handle various tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You work well in a team and are passionate about using technology to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer invoicing, payment processing, collections, and RevOps reporting
• Manage customer records, contracts, workflows, and maintain data accuracy as a Salesforce Admin
• Oversee cash flow and forecasting
• Manage company credit card workflow and process accounts payable
• Support month-end & year-end close processes, including COGS, accruals, and deferrals, to ensure accurate financial statements
• Ensure compliance with sales tax payments, payroll tax, and other filings
• Assist with external reporting, audits, and tax preparation
• Organize files and maintain records
• Perform tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
