Position: Senior Division Control Analyst

Location: Vishay Dale Electronics, Columbus, NE — a leading manufacturer of resistors and e-beam technology, employing approximately 600 people, making it one of the largest employers in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Download, organize, and analyze global financial data to support variance analysis for North American divisions.
2. Support IT projects through Master Data analysis and formatting, including SAP, MES, and other systems.
3. Train controlling staff on new tools and system capabilities.
4. Standardize data for reconciliation tools used in financial closing processes, including SAP data, exchange rates, and efficiency variances.
5. Manage SAP allocations and maintain allocation data.
6. Generate advanced reports from Business Objectives sales database.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a preference for Accounting emphasis.
2. Programming experience, including MES, is advantageous.
3. Effective communication skills with internal stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and mainframe systems is a plus.
