Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Joy Creator to greet guests, explain cake options, and assist with orders in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, support the team, and help ensure a memorable celebration for every guest. Prior guest service experience is a plus; must be able to stand long hours and lift up to 35 pounds; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

Must be at least 15 years old.
Guest service experience at bakery/restaurant/retail is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly in person and by phone, determine needs, and follow steps to ensure a superior guest experience.
Educate guests on NBC cake options, sizes, flavors, promotions, and merchandise.
Suggest additional items such as balloons, candles, and cards to enhance celebrations.
Process orders accurately with the POS system and invite guests to join NBC Email Club.
Maintain clean, organized bakery presentation and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
Replenish retail merchandise and cake displays to ensure strong visuals.
Assist Crafter with decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and NBC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
