Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Joy Creator guest services representative to warmly greet guests, help them choose the perfect cake, and ensure orders are executed smoothly. You will upsell accessories, keep the shop inviting, and support decor and packaging tasks.

You’ll participate in training, enjoy a casual dress code, and work in a friendly bakery environment with a community-focused vibe. Flexible scheduling and a goal of making every guest’s visit memorable are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and assist with orders.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options and pricing.
• Suggest add-ons to enhance celebrations (balloons, cards, etc).
• Process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized bakery presentation and display area.
• Restock merchandise and assist with cake decorations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
