Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely on energized transmission systems and in high-stress environments.
• Capable of leading a crew during installation and erection of structures.
• Able to install transformers, switchgear, and related components.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Work safely on new construction, maintenance, or repair of energized/de-energized transmission systems.
• Lead a crew in assembly and erection of structures.
• Travel to various locations; support out-of-town assignments as required.
