Napleton's Valley Hyundai seeks Journeyman Technicians for a high-volume shop servicing over 100 cars daily. Join a large dealer network with strong growth opportunities and a sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on accurate diagnosis and repair to manufacturer standards, building trust with customers through reliable service. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $45.15+ with incentive-based earnings, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid training and certifications, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Self-starter with a process-driven approach.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years old to comply with driving policy.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

We are looking for Journeyman Techs that are looking to join a busy shop, servicing over 100 cars per day!!

Located at Napleton's Valley Hyundai, theJourneyman Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
