Job summary

Audi Minneapolis is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician to perform maintenance and repair work on vehicles, diagnose issues, and drive quality through road tests. You will document work, maintain tools and workspace, and collaborate with service advisors to deliver excellence.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of hands-on auto repair experience, ASE certifications (Master Tech preferred), and a willingness to obtain Audi factory certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech).
• Audi factory certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work.
• Follow all safety and quality standards and document work in repair systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
• Stay up-to-date with Audi and ASE training and certifications.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.
