Job summary

Audi Minneapolis is looking for a Journeyman Automotive Technician to join our service team. Bring 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience and a passion for precision at one of the industry’s most respected brands.

Audi certification is preferred or willing to obtain it, along with at least three current ASE certifications. Expect a collaborative, safety‑driven environment with opportunities for growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (e.g., ASE Master Tech).
• Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as maintenance, engine, suspension, brakes, electrical, heating & A/C.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of work.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
• Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications.
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.

What You'll Do

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
