Job summary

Lithia & Driveway invites aspiring technicians to join the Audi Van Nuys team as Apprentice Technicians in Los Angeles. Earn $20.00–$25.00 hourly while learning under a Master Technician and working with luxury Audi vehicles.

You’ll do routine maintenance, assist diagnostics, and complete inspections in a dealership setting. UT I Automotive Tech training is preferred; valid driver’s license required, with a path toward Certified Audi Technician.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services and basic repairs under the guidance of a Master Technician.
• Help diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns while learning Audi repair procedures.
• Complete multi-point inspections and document vehicle conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow Audi and dealership quality, safety, and repair standards on every vehicle.

• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, plus one Saturday every 3 weeks.
• Department Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday: 8am-4pm and Sunday: Closed

• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
