Job summary

Napleton's Valley Hyundai is seeking a Journeyman Technician to join a busy shop servicing 100+ cars daily. You will diagnose and repair to dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers through reliable service and clear communication.

We offer pay starting at $45.15 per hour with incentives, paid training, manufacturer certifications, tool allowances, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

We are looking for Journeyman Techs that are looking to join a busy shop, servicing over 100 cars per day!!

Located at Napleton's Valley Hyundai, theJourneyman Technicianisresponsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.
