Job summary

Napleton Hyundai of Carmel is seeking an Automotive Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealer and factory standards. This role emphasizes building customer loyalty through trust and confident vehicle repairs, in a fast-paced, growing environment.

We offer a competitive pay range ($75,000-$130,000) with incentive-based pay, top flat rate hours, paid training, manufacturer certifications, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Journeyman Technician required.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training sessions to stay current with automotive technology.

This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:
