Qualifications

• 4 years journeyman level experience.
• Welding certifications: TWIC Card and welding procedure certifications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Uses spot welding gun or hand, electric, or gas welding equipment to weld or tack weld pieces together.
• Unites pipes from torch to tanks of oxygen and fuel gas and turns valves to release mixture.
• Preheats work pieces for welding preparation and finishes welds according to specs.
• Instructs and wires welds to join pieces and ensure alignment and fit.
