Your Day in the Shop

• Complete repair-order work efficiently and in accordance with dealership and Ford standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Complete video multipoint inspections that help technicians clearly show and explain vehicle maintenance and repair needs to guests, and provide accurate time estimates for recommended work

• Extensive experience as a mid- to high-level Service Technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and broad knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical information
• Ability to learn new technology, repair methods, service procedures, and specifications A commitment to top-notch customer service
