Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine type of scaffold needed and assemble/dismantle safely.
• Inspect job site and scaffold material for defects and hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigate risks prior to construction.
• Transport and erect scaffold to specified dimensions.
• Hoist scaffold materials and secure components for stability.
• Ensure scaffold is properly secured to permanent structures for safety.
• Follow OSHA and Austin Industrial requirements and perform final inspections.
• Dismantle scaffolding when instructed and properly stow materials.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English to communicate with team and safety personnel.
