Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Builder in Decatur, IL to construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding. A minimum of 3 years of scaffolding experience is required.

You will work at heights, assess site needs, and ensure safety hazards are mitigated before erection. Responsibilities include selecting scaffold type, inspecting materials, transporting components, and securing structures per OSHA and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in scaffolding.
• Construct, assemble, maintain and dismantle tubular scaffolding.
• Ability to work at heights and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine scaffold type and erect scaffolding per plan.

• Perform final inspections and dismantle when instructed.
