Job summary

Austin Industrial in Lugoff, SC is seeking a Journeyman Scaffold Builder for a full-time, 40-hour week (4/10's). The role builds, maintains, and dismantles tubular scaffolding at industrial sites, following OSHA and site requirements. Must have 3–5 years of experience and pass drug/background checks.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Scaffold Builder with 3–5 years of industrial experience.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• This is a full-time position with no per diem or relocation funding.
• Eligible to work legally in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding or temporary structures.
• Determine scaffold type and inspect site and materials for safety hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigate risks prior to erection.
• Transport and hoist scaffolding materials and secure to structures.
• Perform final inspections and dismantle scaffolding as directed.
