CoolSys is seeking Refrigeration Start-up Technicians to install and commission supermarket refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems. You will perform EMS wiring/programming and lead small systems projects on-site across diverse environments.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial refrigeration and 3+ years with supermarket EMS, EPA I & II, and a valid driver’s license. A strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills are essential for success in this field role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and vocational coursework preferred.
• 3+ years of supermarket EMS systems experience.
• 5+ years in commercial refrigeration, especially parallel rack systems; CO2 a plus.
• EPA I & II Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Start-up of supermarket refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment.
• EMS wiring and programming for various EMS manufacturers.
• Full start-up of parallel refrigeration systems and individual systems.
• Lead small projects such as single case and condenser changeouts.
• Assist EO projects including retro-commissioning and EMS upgrades.
• Coordinate with branch managers and train junior technicians.
