Job summary

Bowhead seeks an experienced Program Analyst, Journeyman to provide acquisition and budget support to PMA-275 V-22 Osprey JPO. The role analyzes requirements, budgets, and schedules, performing management and business analyses across programs.

Responsibilities include procurement coordination, Spend Plan management, and data consolidation from CSPT and PBIS to support monthly and quarterly reviews, with an emphasis on accuracy and process adherence.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5–9 years of relevant experience; NAVAIR knowledge preferred.
• Alternative: Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition expertise for hardware, software, and services while coordinating planning documents for policy alignment.
• Assist in developing PIDs and entering into PMT; monitor contracts and funding; provide weekly updates.
• Assist in SPID data entry into CSPT for IPT leads.
• Maintain and organize budgetary data from N-ERP, CSPT, PBIS.
• Support procurements with technical progress reports and cost/schedule updates.
• Coordinate evaluations of proposals and Bases of Estimate; track contract performance.
