Job summary

Bowhead seeks an experienced Program Analyst, Journeyman to provide acquisition and budget support to PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program Office (JPO). The analyst will apply analytic techniques in evaluating program objectives, analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules, and perform management, technical, or business case analyses.

Responsibilities include acquisition support for hardware, software, and services; developing PIDs and using PMT; monitoring contracts and funding; updating

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 3–9 years relevant experience; NAVAIR preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of PMT and CSPT required.
• SharePoint and MS TEAMS knowledge preferred.
• Effective communication across the workforce; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition expertise for hardware, software, and services.
• Develop PIDs and enter into PMT; monitor contracts and funding.
• Update SPID information for IPT Leads in CSPT.
• Maintain databases of budget status via NERP, CSPT, PBIS.
• Support procurements with progress reports and cost/schedule data.
• Prepare financial briefs and support reviews with updated inputs.
