Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is seeking licensed journeyman plumbers to operate a residential service truck, diagnose and repair home plumbing systems, and provide on-truck guidance to apprentices.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumber License issued by St. Louis County.
• Experience operating a residential service truck.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening.
• A proud, punctual professional who values neatness.

Responsibilities

• Operate an independent residential service truck to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace home plumbing systems.
• Expertly service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main sewer lines, perform camera inspections, and swap home fixtures.
• Provide clear options to homeowners utilizing our Straight Forward Pricing guide to build trust and eliminate call-backs.
• Directly mentor and supervise a Registered Plumbing Apprentice on a 1-to-1 ratio when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally stocked vehicle.
