Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is seeking a motivated Journeyman Plumber to operate an independent service truck, diagnose and repair residential systems, and upsell premium solutions.

The position offers a base salary with generous commissions and benefits, including a company van, retirement plan, and paid time off. You will work from a truck-based operation servicing homeowners, close high-ticket jobs, and benefit from a marketing budget and leads from day one.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumber License issued by St. Louis County.
• 2–3 years of proven experience running an independent residential service truck.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - motivated by performance-based wealth creation.

Responsibilities

• Operate an independent service truck to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.
• Service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main lines, and handle fixture swaps.
• Perform full-home plumbing safety inspections on every call to find hidden issues.
• Present multiple solutions using our menu pricing guide to build customer trust.
