Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumber License (St. Louis County) required.
• Experience operating a residential service truck.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Professional, punctual, and neat on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace home plumbing systems with a residential service truck.
• Service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main sewer lines, perform camera inspections, and swap fixtures.
• Offer options using pricing guide to build trust and reduce callbacks.
• Mentor and supervise a Registered Plumbing Apprentice on a 1-to-1 ratio when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked vehicle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate an independent residential service truck to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace home plumbing systems.
• Expertly service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main sewer lines, perform camera inspections, and swap home fixtures.
• Provide clear options to homeowners utilizing our Straight Forward Pricing guide to build trust and eliminate call-backs.
• Directly mentor and supervise a Registered Plumbing Apprentice on a legal, county-mandated 1-to-1 ratio when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally stocked vehicle.

Requirements:

• Active Journeyman Plumber License issued specifically by St. Louis County (Required).
• Proven background operating a residential service truck with strong customer interaction skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Crucial for fleet insurance).
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening.
• A proud, punctual professional who values neatness (wearing floor savers, keeping a clean job site).
