Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service and repair work under required supervision.
• Assist with plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, water heaters, fixtures, drain work.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and communicate with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle.
• Follow company safety, quality-control, and customer-service standards.
• Learn and develop advanced residential service-plumbing skills.
• Work closely with Master Plumber and senior technicians.
• Follow all St. Louis County licensing and supervision requirements.
