Journeyman Operations Research Analyst/Project Scheduler

NSI requires a Journeyman Operations Research Analyst/Project Scheduler to support the PMA 266 Multi-Mission Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems Program Office. The Scheduler will provide Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) support for the PMA‑266 team, including developing, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing networked IGSs. Responsibilities include responding to frequent ad‑hoc scheduling requests from the program team, managing requests from multiple IPTs, integrating project activities across IPTs and external stakeholders, and communicating with IPT leads to obtain necessary information for schedule development and maintenance.
The Scheduler is expected to communicate and meet with Level 1 and Level 0 leadership to review products and implement program vision. Experience building complex schedules that capture program requirements through interactions with multiple IPTs and external stakeholders is required. Key tasks include establishing and maintaining a baseline that reflects the project’s critical path, maintaining a current schedule business rhythm, providing critical path analysis, creating what‑if scenarios, and facilitating schedule‑related assessments such as Deep‑Dive and Scrubs.
Lexington Park, MD: Hybrid – 1‑2 days per week in office.
Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering preferred.
Associate’s Degree may be substituted with 8+ years of experience. High School Diploma may be substituted with 10+ years of experience.
At least four (4) years of experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, baseline and status management using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard schedule data points. Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Secret Clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
