Prescient Edge is seeking a Journeyman- Management Analyst to support a Federal Government client at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Availability is contingent upon contract award and TOP SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience related to labor category functional description.
• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participates in IPTs and supports IPT meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.
• Develop, maintain, and report detailed project technical requirements and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze Microsoft Project schedules.
• Report on project status and performance metrics.

Desired experiences

• Has at least 3 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description.
• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program/Project Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Apply policies and procedures for financial planning.
• Duties and responsibilities may include:
  • Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.
