Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience with equipment and automation in related operations.
• Ability to communicate across departments effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO and NEC requirements.
• PIV training and certification.
• Aerial lift training and certification.
• Knowledge of basic PC functions including Windows.

Responsibilities

• Build manufacturing lines and cells to support production needs.
• Advanced mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance of production line equipment.
• Coordinate resources for projects with external vendors.
• Create and implement timelines for work completion.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineers as needed.
• Assist with relocating complex machines, equipment and components.
• Train technicians how to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and PLC equipment.
