Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman with 3+ years field experience.

• Ability to teach diverse student body.

Responsibilities

• Teach Lineman Training Program courses with emphasis on safety and climbing/rescue techniques.
• Assess student performance through assignments and hands-on evaluations; maintain records.
• Mentor students on career paths and certifications; support industry partnerships.
• Maintain updated course materials; ensure equipment meets safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development; perform duties assigned by leadership.
• Flexible hours as required.
