Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman with minimum of 3 years field experience in power distribution/related work.
• Up-to-date knowledge of linework theory and safety standards.
• Ability to teach a diverse student body in a compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach Lineman Training Program courses with emphasis on safety and climbing/rescue techniques.
• Assess student performance and maintain records.
• Mentor students on career paths and certifications; support industry partnerships.
