Qualifications

• Minimum three years of refinery maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of laborer work and basic hand tools.

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
• Ability to diagnose and solve equipment issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Rigging, signaling, and flagging for heavy-construction lifts.
• Identify and report hazardous materials to maintain a safe job site.
• Perform trenching and excavation tasks following safety standards.
• Assist with asbestos and lead abatement procedures per regulatory protocols.
• Support concrete and asphalt prep, placement, and finishing on heavy-construction projects.
• Complete weatherization tasks to improve energy efficiency and protect structures.
