Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Ironworker in Rapid City, SD. You will raise, place and connect girders and other structural-steel members to form completed structures, working with a multi-craft team on industrial projects.

The role requires 4+ years ironworker experience, NCCER certification preferred, strong safety discipline, and ability to travel up to 90% to project sites. The position offers compensation at $35/hour with merit increases and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Ironworker role

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Set up hoisting equipment for raising and placing structural-steel members.
• Bolt aligned members to keep them in position until they can be permanently bolted or welded in place.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
