Responsibilities

• Practice insulation techniques and train helpers.
• Install products per collective bargaining agreement or project labor agreement.
• Understand blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap and fit materials.
• Review daily work plan and ensure truck is loaded with products and tools.
• Perform vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Unload and stage materials safely at job sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
