Job summary

American National Insulation in Portland, OR, is hiring a Union Utility Carpenter. You will assist journeyman and apprentices in installation, handling and cleanup of materials on jobsites, and perform routine maintenance as required under CBAs.

This is a safety sensitive role with local travel. Must be 18+, valid driver's license if driving for company, able to lift 50 lbs, and work at heights including attics and confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required if operating a vehicle for the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman and apprentices with installation, handling, organization and cleanup of materials on jobsites.
• Assist with equipment operation (pumps and mixers) as required.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist with site cleanup.
• Perform other duties per CBAs and project needs.
