Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• As a Journeyman, you will practice insulation best practices and train helpers in insulation, plaster, sealer and spray work.
• Install products as allowed by the related collective bargaining agreement or project labor agreement.
• Read blueprints and sketches; measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue and fit insulation materials and sealants.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Any other duty per CBAs as assigned.
