Qualifications

• Three years of journey-level HVAC experience in commercial/industrial settings.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and system diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Operate, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R and related systems across campus.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, cooling towers, piping, and controls.
• Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Manage refrigerant handling and safe disposal per regulations.
