• Five-years of experience as an HVAC and Controls Technician.
• Advanced BAS and HVAC experience.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Install, program, repair, and trouble-shoot Building Automation Controls and related equipment.
• Identify parts needed for timely repairs.
