Job summary

Air Control Home Services is seeking a journeyman-level HVAC technician for our Kingman office. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems, while guiding homeowners through informed decisions about their home comfort.

In addition to clean work and accurate paperwork, you will participate in on-call rotations and take pride in helping grow the Kingman branch. Our in-house training academy supports ongoing growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level HVAC technician with ability to diagnose and repair residential systems.

Responsibilities

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Up to $5,000, paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Journeyman technicians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. A reduced bonus may apply for less experience.
