$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Up to $5,000, paid in installments at hire, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Journeyman electricians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. A reduced bonus may apply for less experience.

• Do it right the first time. Code-compliant work, clean jobs, accurate paperwork, and a truck that’s stocked and organized so you’re not chasing parts.
• Help build the electrical team. A growing department needs electricians who set the standard. Your work and your reputation will help make us the name homeowners trust.
• Be part of the team. Work closely with dispatch, management, and our HVAC and plumbing crews. Take your turn in the on-call rotation like everyone else.
• Keep getting better. We run our own in-house training academy, and our apprenticeship program has been recognized by the State of Arizona. If you want to grow, we’ll invest in you.
