Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized technical/maintenance training program preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level maintenance, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of hospital facilities.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building-system problems and select repair methods.
• Repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, fixtures, and related components.
• Maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems within licensed/safe protocols.
• Inspect, document, and communicate maintenance actions and safety issues.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership and departments for disruptive work.
