CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Journeyman to support security operations across the Indo-Pacific.

The FSO administers the National Industrial Security Program and ensures compliance with Government security requirements that protect personnel, facilities, information, and classified operations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial, personnel, physical, information, or security administration for Government/DoD programs.
• Experience with DoD/Joint/Combatant Command security requirements is preferred.
• Knowledge of NISP/NISPOM and DCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer facility security programs per NISPOM and DoD regulations.
• Maintain compliance with DCSA requirements for classified contracts.
• Process personnel security actions including visit requests and access authorizations.
• Maintain classified document accountability and inventory records.
• Coordinate classified visits and foreign visitor requests.
• Conduct security briefings and annual refresher training.
• Perform self-inspections and security audits with corrective actions.
• Support physical security inspections and secure storage facilities.
• Maintain security records and SOPs.
• Coordinate with IS security personnel to protect classified information systems.
• Investigate security incidents and report per Government requirements.
• Assist with subcontractor security coordination.
• Maintain accountability for COMSEC/CUI/classified materials.
• Prepare for DCSA reviews and inspections.
• Promote security best practices and continuous improvement.
