Job summary

Amtec Staffing seeks a dependable Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage day-to-day security operations, maintain DoD compliance, and oversee personnel clearances in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with the Director of Security to ensure facility integrity and proper handling of visits and access control.

The role requires hands-on experience with DISS, JPAS, e-QIP, eFCL, and NISP and a strong focus on physical security on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Thorough knowledge of DoD security requirements and NISPOM guidelines.
• Experience using DISS, JPAS, e-QIP, eFCL, and NISP to process personnel clearances and visit requests.
• Experience managing physical plant security, responding to alarm notifications on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure DoD compliance on site.

Must-Have Qualification

• sActive Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
• .DoD & NISPOM Expertise: Thorough, working knowledge of NISPOM guidelines and DoD security requirements
• .In-depth experience using DISS, JPAS, e-QIP, eFCL, and NISP to process personnel clearances and visit requests
