Job summary

B&A is seeking a dedicated Facility Security Officer to oversee industrial security in alignment with NISPOM and government standards. The FSO will safeguard classified information, manage personnel security actions, and coordinate with government customers as well as internal stakeholders.

The role requires an active Top-Secret clearance, experience with SCIFs, and strong attention to detail in security education, audits, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• Experience managing open storage areas and SCIFs.
• Ability to interpret DoD and IC security policies for program operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; independent and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of security databases and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement the industrial security program to meet customer requirements.
• Process DD254s, escort visitors, maintain security checklists, and conduct inspections.
• Manage EOD and SCI nomination packages per requirements.
• Maintain personnel security databases and training status.
• Perform self-inspections and apply risk mitigation for security measures.
• Coordinate with government customers, oversight authorities, and SCIF inspectors.
• Document compliance activities and update facility checklists as needed.
• Ensure training is completed and data is entered accurately.
