Job summary

Cranney Home Services in Danvers, MA is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to grow with our HVAC Installation team. You will wire low-voltage systems for HVAC, perform panel upgrades, and support Generac installations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Required MA Journeyman license; low-voltage and HVAC wiring experience are essential. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Low-voltage electrical experience required.
• Experience wiring heating and cooling equipment required.
• Pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen.
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus.
• Generac certification or generator experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, relays, and zone boards preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Install and run new electrical feeds, primarily low-voltage wiring for HVAC equipment.
• Perform electrical panel upgrades and service upgrades.
• Install wiring for heating and cooling equipment.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate electrical requirements and project needs.
• Maintain accurate material and stock lists.
• Install and support Generac systems (experience preferred).
• Collaborate with installation teams to complete projects safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and support Generac systems (experience preferred)
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Requirements
